Here is some information about the villages and sights you will see during the tour:
Departure is from Volos toward Pelion. In 25 minutes we reach the first village, Portaria, built on the western slopes of Pelion.
Portaria
It stands out for the architecture of the houses, which are built of stone and wood, for the courtyards with the wonderful gardens full of colorful flowers, the cobbled streets and the springs.
We will let you explore the village by walking on the cobblestones and seeing the beauties of the village up close.
In the central square of the village you will find souvenirs and gifts from the region.

The traditional architecture of the houses is characteristic of the village, built two centuries ago, decorated with rich painting and wood carving.
Today most of them operate as hotels.
In the central square of the village are the church of Agios Ioannis Prodromos (1806)
and the Byzantine Museum of Makrynitsa.
